The local preview starts disabled. Review the permissions before connecting it.
Changed files get checked
Checked edits stop when the file has changed since it was read. You can inspect the result.
Your AI receives the context
Requested file contents and command results go to your AI provider. Local does not mean nothing leaves your Mac.
You can disconnect it
Remove the connection in your AI app. No hidden agent telemetry or licence-server calls.
What am I actually installing?
A small local tool connection, not another chatbot. Your AI app provides the conversation; Bridge lets it read files, make checked edits and run commands on your Mac. It has no separate chat interface.
Does it work with ChatGPT in my browser?
Not with this release. This product is a local connection for compatible desktop AI apps. The public ChatGPT directory connection and managed cloud service are not available. Do not buy this licence expecting them.
Why pay if I can download it for free?
The download lets you evaluate the complete local toolkit. €29 buys one named user the right to use the 0.1 series commercially. You are paying for commercial-use rights, not extra features or a subscription. Test it in your own app before buying.
Can Bridge change or delete my files?
Yes. Bridge runs with your OS account’s access and is not a sandbox. Commands can change or delete data and access the network. Use only systems you are authorized to operate, review important actions and keep backups. Read the access model.
What happens when my Mac is asleep?
The Mac must be awake and the agent running to handle new requests. Bridge does not provide an always-on cloud computer. Command sessions survive individual calls, not an agent restart.
What if it isn’t right for me?
Evaluate it without paying first. For a commercial purchase, request a full refund within 30 days using your order reference. Your mandatory rights are unaffected. See the refund and licence terms.
