The commercial licence
What you receive
A non-exclusive commercial licence for one named user to run the Ganado Bridge Local 0.1-series software on computers they own or are authorized to operate. The rights include internal business use and keeping backup copies. The same user may use a replacement Mac. Do not share the licence between multiple users, redistribute the build or offer it as a hosted service. Third-party components keep their own licences.
The current downloadable release is 0.1.0-preview.2. The licence also covers any 0.1-series patches we choose to release. It does not promise future releases, compatibility with future client versions, a public ChatGPT listing, remote hosting, AI credits or a support service-level agreement.
Check compatibility before purchase
macOS first. A supported local MCP client and Node.js 22.22+ within 22.x or 24.x are required. The MCPB bundle includes dependencies; the host supplies Node. Standalone commands need a compatible Node installation. The published archive has passed automated MCP checks on separate macOS and Linux runners, but that is not a guarantee that every desktop-client interface or version works. Test your actual client first.
Use the installation and first-task guide. The downloadable .mcpb is not an OpenAI directory app. Windows is not supported. The Mac must remain awake and connected for remote use, and process sessions do not survive an agent restart.
Delivery and proof of purchase
Download the software before or after checkout. Your commercial rights begin when the payment for this licence succeeds, not when you open this page. Keep the Link/Stripe merchant receipt identifying the purchased licence, together with these terms. There is no licence key to wait for and no manual activation.

Payment and refunds
Where checkout is available, the purchase is sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. Link provides the merchant transaction terms, receipt/invoice, payment-method options and transaction support. The final currency and total are shown before you confirm. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@ganado.cz from the purchase email with the order reference. You may also use Link’s order-support route. Do not include card numbers or passwords. After a full refund, stop commercial use under that refunded licence; the free evaluation terms still apply. This voluntary refund policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights or Link’s applicable policies.
Understand the access
Bridge is not a sandbox. File and terminal tools use your OS user’s permissions and can read, change or delete files and access the network. Requested file contents, images, paths and process output may be sent to your AI provider. Only authorize systems and data you may operate. Review meaningful actions and keep backups. Read the security model and privacy notice.
Pre-release terms
The software is an experimental local release. Except for rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, it is provided as available without an additional promise of uninterrupted operation, suitability for a specific task or future platform compatibility. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights, remedies or liability. These terms do not permit unauthorized access, misuse of others’ data or resale of the software.
Ganado may terminate the commercial licence for a material breach that remains unremedied after reasonable notice, where remediation is possible. There is no remote kill switch in this build.
